2025 Membership Updates

• Starting January 1, 2025, new membership prices and benefits took effect. These modest price increases at some levels—the first since 2017—reflect rising costs over the past eight years. 
• The voucher, book, and member merch benefits listed below apply to members joining/renewing in 2025. Those who joined/renewed in 2024 received the voucher and book benefits from that year, which are listed here. 
• On January 2nd, an improved member ticket discount took effect for all active members! The new 20% discount (rather than $5 across the board) means greater savings for you.
• For those who chose autorenewal: the price of your selected membership level has automatically been adjusted to the 2025 prices for renewals in 2025 and beyond. If you have questions about autorenewal, please reach out using the contact information below.

How to Give the Gift of Membership

• To give this membership as a gift: include the name, email, and mailing address of the recipient in the notes section at checkout.
• Unless otherwise requested in the notes section at checkout, the membership packet will be mailed directly to the recipient and they will receive an email regarding their membership within approximately 1.5 weeks of the membership purchase.

Tax Deductibility Information

• Tax deductible amounts listed are for new memberships. Unless otherwise requested, renewing members will not receive books and gifts, and will instead receive full tax deductibility. Upgrading members will receive the books and gifts that were not included in their previous level of membership, and tax deductibility will be adjusted accordingly.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

From research and restoration to school programs and community events to, members make so much of what we do at Green-Wood possible. In return, members enjoy many benefits throughout the year, with expanded privileges at each increasing level.

Seniors 65 and older, and full-time students, are eligible for discounted Individual membership ($50). Select either Senior or Student from the drop down. Students, please send a photo of your student ID to contactus@green-wood.com.

Individual membership benefits include:

• Member ticket discount (20%) for one individual.
• Voucher for one free ticket (for events with a regular price of $30 or less).
• Invitations to members-only events.
• Early access to seasonal ticket releases.
• Subscription to our magazine, The Arch.
• Ten-percent discount on Green-Wood books and merchandise.
• Quarterly member e-newsletter.
• Green-Wood member sticker.

Fully tax-deductible.

Seniors 65 and older are eligible for a discounted Dual membership ($85). Both members must be 65 or older to qualify. Please select Dual Senior from the drop down.

All the benefits of Individual membership, plus:

• Member ticket discount (20%) for a second member and up to four children under 18.
• Ten-percent discount on genealogy research performed by Green-Wood.

Dell Water was built in the 1870s to alleviate flooding during periods of heavy rainfall. Today, its banks are a popular location for birding.

Sylvan Water, Green-Wood’s largest and deepest pond, was created by the last glacier to cover New York 18,000 years ago.
